About KwikFix

KwikFix is Pakistan's trusted home-services marketplace, connecting homeowners with verified professionals for plumbing, electrical work, AC mechanics, carpentry, painting, and more — currently in Karachi, with Lahore and Islamabad launching soon. We were founded in 2024 by a team of engineers and operations professionals who were tired of the unreliable, opaque process of finding a trustworthy tradesperson.

We built KwikFix because finding a reliable tradesperson shouldn't be a gamble. Before KwikFix, booking a plumber or electrician in Pakistan meant cold calls, no pricing transparency, and zero accountability if the job went wrong. We set out to fix that by putting verification, reviews, and a secure payment trail at the centre of every booking.

How We Verify Providers

Every provider on KwikFix goes through a four-step verification process before their first listing goes live:

1. Identity check — CNIC copy verified against NADRA records.
2. Reference check — two professional references contacted by our operations team.
3. Supervised test booking — the provider completes one booking monitored by a KwikFix quality officer.
4. Ongoing monitoring — providers with a rating below 4.0 receive a performance review; those below 3.5 are suspended pending investigation.
