1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KwikFix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Platform Role

KwikFix is a marketplace that connects customers with independent service providers. We are not a party to the service agreement between customers and providers, and we are not responsible for the quality of work performed by providers.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Bookings and Payments

Bookings are confirmed only after payment is successfully received. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be eligible for a refund at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking.

5. Provider Conduct

Providers must maintain professional conduct, adhere to agreed service times, and deliver the services as described. KwikFix may suspend or remove providers who violate these standards.

6. Prohibited Use

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Submitting false reviews or misleading information
• Attempting to bypass payment systems
• Harassing providers, customers, or staff

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KwikFix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karachi.
